Request a business record
PAIA provides a route to request records of a private body when required to exercise or protect a right, subject to the Act. Send your request to stanton@9dvr.co.za for the attention of the Information Officer. Identify the record, the right you wish to exercise or protect, and why the record is needed.
Prescribed forms and guidance
Use the current prescribed Form 2 for a PAIA access request. The Information Regulator’s PAIA guidance provides the forms, guide, fees and complaint information. Applicable fees and identity or authority checks may be required. PAIA requests generally receive a decision within 30 days, with a lawful extension possible.
