Request access or a correction
Email stanton@9dvr.co.za with the subject “Personal information request”. Tell us how to reply, describe your relationship with 9DVR and identify the information or change requested. Ask that your request be directed to the Information Officer.
Other privacy requests
You can also request deletion where applicable, object to qualifying processing, withdraw consent, stop direct marketing or raise an image privacy concern. Explain what you would like us to do. Identity or authority may need to be verified before records are released or changed.
Forms and complaints
The Information Regulator provides POPIA forms, including objection and correction/deletion forms, and complaint procedures. You may approach the Regulator directly. A request does not automatically entitle a person to another person’s confidential records.
